The yarrow is a popular plant dating back to ancient herbal tradition. Among other things it contains bitter compounds and essential oils and has long been used in teas and infusions. Pastor Kneipp advised on yarrow tea: „Women would be spared much disaster, would that they reach for yarrow every now and then!“ The special feature in its signature is its polarity. Its blossoms are always open in the sun and the rain, during the day as well as at night. So both sides of the coin are always visible. This allows for an objective view and keeps measure and balance even in adverse conditions.
